You can use a shortcut to define the ini to use in which you set the ini
path
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Magic\U2\uniRTE.exe" /ini=D:\My.ini
or you can just set the license like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Magic\U2\uniRTE.exe" /LicenseFile=D:\License.dat
